A floor for the room it lives in.

Material is only the beginning. We look at the subfloor, sightlines, thresholds and the finish at the edges before a board goes down.

Hardwood

Supply and installation, from straight runs to herringbone, chevron, borders and custom inlays. Detailed patterns need careful setting-out so the lines hold true across the room.

Vinyl plank

We check the installation surface, plan the layout and fit planks and finishing details. The same attention carries from a single room to flooring across multiple units.

Laminate

We help select a suitable floor, assess the conditions and install it with the right expansion space, thresholds and wall-edge finish.

02 / How the work takes shape

Look first.Lay second.

We quote in person because the important questions are often at the doorway, beneath the existing floor or where the stair meets the landing.

01

Walk the space

We visit to review the scope, existing conditions, flooring choices and any pattern or stair detail. That visit gives us what we need for a project-specific quote.

02

Set the lines

Board direction, pattern, transitions and finishing edges are considered together. For herringbone, chevron or an inlay, the layout gets the extra planning it deserves.

03

Make it fit

Our crew installs the floor and works through the final edges. Where stairs are part of the scope, we fabricate components to suit the structure and carry the finish through.

About timing: Lead time depends on the project and our schedule; installation length varies with area, material and detail. Work is planned across the next eight months, so it pays to start the conversation early. We coordinate the start date by phone and text.

03 / Details worth discussing

The questions beneath the surface.

Every project has its own tricky bit. Bring us the question you have been turning over—we would rather see it and talk it through.

Can you make a herringbone or chevron floor?

Yes. We work on herringbone, chevron, borders and custom inlays. We look at room proportions and sightlines before setting out the pattern, including how it finishes at walls, doorways and stairs.

Do you supply the flooring as well as install it?

Yes. We offer supply and installation for hardwood, vinyl plank and laminate. At the in-person visit, we can talk through materials alongside the layout and conditions of your space.

Can you take on a condo or larger project?

Yes. Custom high-end homes are the core of our work, and our medium-sized team has the manpower for larger-volume and multi-unit projects. We review the scope in person before planning the work.

How do stairs fit into the project?

We fabricate stair components and install them to suit the existing structure and the desired finish. We assess the rise, nosing and landing during the visit so the stair work can be scoped alongside the floor.

When could work begin?

Lead time depends on the scope and our schedule. We currently have work planned across the next eight months; an early conversation gives us time to review your project. Once the scope is agreed, we discuss timing and coordinate the start by phone and text.
