Victoria, BC · Custom flooring & stairs
From a perfectly aligned herringbone floor to stairs made for the space, we bring the planning and hands-on care that fine details demand.

01 / Made to fit the room
A floor has to work across the whole room: at the doorway, against the stair, around every change in direction. That’s where two decades of installation experience make a difference.
02 / What we make
We supply and install floors for custom homes, and have the crew to take on condo and larger-volume projects. Material, pattern, transitions and stairs are considered together—not handed from one trade to the next.

We plan board direction, layout and transitions before installation, then fit each run to the room. For feature floors, we work through herringbone, chevron, borders and custom inlays with the extra setting-out they require.
A practical surface still deserves a deliberate layout. We assess the subfloor, plan the visible lines and install the planks and finishing details for a clean result across one room or many units.
We help choose a suitable floor, check the installation conditions and fit the laminate with attention to expansion space, thresholds and the edges people notice every day.
We fabricate stair components to suit the project and carry the flooring design through the rise, nosing and landing. Stair work is scoped after we’ve seen the existing structure and finish requirements.

03 / The people behind the floor
Champagne Flooring has been in business for 20 years. We’re a medium-sized team built around custom, high-end work, with the manpower to take on bigger projects when the scope calls for it.
Every home brings its own question. We’d rather talk it through, look closely and give you a clear in-person quote than guess from a photograph. Expertise matters; so do good communication and a positive attitude while the work is underway.

04 / From conversation to installation
Lead time depends on the project and our schedule. We’ll discuss timing directly, then keep in touch by phone and text as a start date takes shape.
Share the location, approximate scope, flooring type, and any details—like a border, inlay, or stair—that make the project yours.
We visit in person to check the rooms, conditions and finishes, then prepare a suitable quote.
Once the scope is agreed, lead time and start are coordinated by phone and text. Duration varies with area, material and detail.
Our schedule is busy, with work planned across the next eight months. Contact us early about your project's requirements.
